"Andrew was extremely helpful in getting our transportation staged. However, when dealing with the dispatcher while she was quite pleasant and trying to be as helpful as possible, there was either a communication issue or she just did not pay attention to our timing. Originally, she scheduled the car to be delivered while we were out of town in spite of the fact I had given her specific dates we would not be available. At the end of the day, she was able to make the correction and we took delivery of the car on the date we returned home. The driver was amazing. He delivered our car late in the evening after having a very long day. He was extremely kind and nothing but pleasant even after an extended day on the road. I will use Florida Auto Transport again."

"A perfect experience! We used Florida Auto Transportation to ship our Mercedes convertible from CT to Palm Beach and back. Not only was the car delivered on each journey, perfectly intact and exactly on time, but the service was remarkable. The office personnel were honest, forthright, and easy to work with. And the drivers (besides being excellent drivers), were kind, pleasant, and understanding. I wouldn't use anyone else! (And don't be fooled by scammers with "lower prices" who end up adding all kinds of extras, don't show up on time, or force you to drive somewhere to meet their truck on either end.) Within minutes of my distressed phone call , Andrew arranged for one of his drivers to pick up my car in Rhode Island and safely deliver to Manhattan Land Rover Service.
