"There was only one charging station of 4 stations working. I got there at 3pm and didn’t leave untill 11 o’clock, that was how long I waited. The postion and location of the pumps even though I was waiting a car came and pulled in from incoming traffic and pulled into the charging station so again I had to wait. There was a car stuck at the charging station for about 2 hours untill her towing came to remove the car and then she took another two hours to charge her vehicle. Once I got to the station because there was only one pump and other cars waiting I had about 3 people knock on my window to ask me how long I would be I don’t believe we would ever be able to switch over completely to electric cars because if it takes over 4 hours to charge a car versus going to a gas station. This is the only charging station in Naples I’m happy I just have a rental after that situation I would never buy an electric car"
"2/18/24 - Only 1 of 4 chargers that I could use was functioning. Called customer service and was told the main board needs to be fixed and it will take a while for someone to come out. Judging by the other comments, it’s been like this for months."
"This is an ongoing saga with Electrify America chargers being down. This station has 2 working with multiple cars waiting as next stop is across Alligator Alley. Would love another competent company takeover EA, please!"

"It is my personal mission to put this company out of business. I have never had a worse experience with a company as consistently as I have with electrify America. They can’t seem to make a single working car charger and there are rarely any other options around so you’re forced to wait for hours for the only working charger if you’re lucky. I arrived at this charging station with 20 miles range to find only one out of four charging stations available with a line of two cars waiting, both with nearly empty batteries. FIX YOUR CHARGING STATIONS YOU USELESS MORONS. I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO HAVE A FUNCTIONING PRODUCT BUT CLEARLY NEITHER DO YOU."
