"Contacted Alpha yesterday morning about two non-urgent issues. My RV is built on a Ford truck. Lately it had been pushing very hot air onto my feet, even with the AC on. And a cable I need for towing my Jeep had snapped and needed rethreading a new one. The owner James came out today, on time and very personable. He fixed the issue with the hot air in a few minutes, finding a vent that was stuck. I now have AC or heat as it should have been working all along! Yay! The rethreading was a bit more time consuming, but easily handled by James. In addition he gave me some great advice about how to more safely hook my Jeep up. I am so thrilled my issues were taken care of. The cost was very reasonable. If I was local James would be my go to! Very professional, nice and easy to work with! I travel full time, and have had angels help along the way. Today James was my angel!! Thank you!"
