"In reply to the previous review, sorry you were not happy with the service. You were quoted 177.00 for the oil change only. You then called back & wanted the fuel filters replaced which was not part of the original quote. You paid 185.20 for the 2 fuel filters. (total 362.20). The dealership was 206.59, 155.00 difference. We are not as big as the "local ford dealership" to store mass quantities of oil & filters."
"I was charged $368.00 for a $177.00 phone quote without a call backfor approval. I requested oil change and fuel filters. I chceked around before going with Rick Good. I had a quote from a local Ford dealer for over $120.00 less than what had to pay to get my truck back after they overcharged me. I had heard this comapny was "straight up people"...not so!!! Don't even call Rick Good Servicing for estimates...they misrepresent their estimates. They knew how disappointed I was and were unwilling to comprimise on my bill."
