"So, I need an oil change. I've had negative experiences at Walmart in the past but in other states. So I called. They transferred me to the automotive department. Nobody answered. It eventually just disconnected. I called back and this time nobody answered to begin with. I went over there. They didn't appear to be too busy. I think there were two cars being serviced. Nobody came to ask what I needed or anything. I approached someone and asked. She looked up my vehicle and asked a mechanic if they could change the oil. He came over and said they needed to look under the car and see if they had the appropriate tool to access the filter. Then he walked away. I approached someone else after a while saying are we gonna get my car in here so you can see about accessing the filter or not? He was Myron. He apologized, walked to my car, laid down on the ground and checked. It took him less than thirty seconds. He said, unfortunately they don't have the necessary tool. They've ordered it, but it has not arrived. He checked my oil and said it was clean but low. He topped it off for me. Myron should be managing that department. I'm not asking for the moon, but basic customer service skills such as approaching the customer first and communicating what will happen next, go a looong way. If you're going to have something done here, ask for Myron. He cares about his own reputation even if Walmart doesn't."

"So, car was saying low tire pressure it was rear passenger side. I took it to Walmart for tire rotation and balancing error message gone when I got it back.. next day in the morning error message comes on. Same tire, rear passenger tire I check pressure it was low and yeah I had a nail.. problem is they never rotated the tires. They ripped me off..."
