"Did you fire the "mechanic" Bender yet? I am going to have a mechanic I can trust go over his "work". Watch your surveillance videos of him "working". He is highly distracted and 102% unprofessional. Do you have audio recording of him as well? Go figure, this "mechanic" has a tattoo of the sociopathic robot named Bender from the cartoon Futurama on his leg. I spend over $2,000.00 on "repairs" to my vehicle and I get incomplete work (which was dangerous to the operation of my vehicle), as well as damage to my vehicle, excuses, lies and attitude. Hey Bender, life isn't a cartoon joke about doing whatever you want without regard to the impact you have on other people, especially good customers who are willing to pay the money to get repairs done right."

"This place is great! Scheduled an oil change. Got me in and out just like they said. Prices were very fair. I plan to use them for a brake job in the near future."

"Took my car to have one oxygen sensor replaced. They said they could do it & to bring it in. They didn’t even have the part & had to have someone bring it. What should have been a quick easy fix took them 3 hours AND the sensor they put in my car was NOT the correct one. I had to go to another shop with competent people to do the job correctly. Going here was a complete waste of my time & money. A buncha crooks. EDIT: In response to the owners response, I was a customer. I have my receipt!"

"BEWARE THE PRICING & MISDIAGNOSIS. We drove down from NY and had a noise from left rear of the vehicle sounding almost like a flat spot on the rear tire. After our prior trustworthy mechanics at Tuffys was bought our by Mavis thats always looking to sell you something you dont need I came across highly rated The Garage Auto & Tire on Collier Blvd. Guy at the desk took my info at 8am gave it to a mechanic that took it for a test ride, came back he talked to another mechanic about it, he took it for a test ride, came back and they kept looking over all the tires. I finally left after an hour and waited to here from them about what my noise in left rear was. At noon i called and they said it was left cv axle and he was trying his 3rd supplier for the part but it would be ready by the end of the day. I had to pay over the phone $374.54 for a used cv axle ,$29.99 for shop parts??, and $239.92 for labor grand total of $689.57 (Auto Zone sells brand new cv axle for $170.00). As soon as i picked up my vehicle after hours i immediately felt the same problem leaving the parking lot so i brought the car back to The Garage in the morning and left it. I called ken? at 8:30 and said after spending all that money i still have the noise. He said yes, they realized that as they test drove it and what it needs is a left rear wheel bearing. I asked why didnt you call so i didnt drive it home, he didnt have an answer. He said he feels terrible but they can do wheel bearing in 30-45 minutes and he’d split the $400 cost with me. At this point i was kind of helpless. When i went to get my car he said it will be $700 + and i said you told me it was $400 and you’d pay half. After i caught him on that he did get my price for bearing and install down to $230. Checking with my mechanic up north he said theNEW not Used left cv axel replaced would be around $340 and the rear bearing NEW installed about $150. Such a shame after reading such great reviews about The Garage. Maybe the owner will call and offer to refund half of these excessive charges? Anyway , just giving y’all a heads up to get a 2nd opinion"

"I was amazed by how helpful everyone was. I had a line bust wide open while i was on Interstate 75 and i was losing my oil for about 40 miles away. While on road we called this place and they said they would take us in. I finally made it to the shop with no oil left in the car, they immediately pulled my car in and went to work. They replaced the part with a more sturdier metal line.They were honest about everything and they showed me first hand what the issue was. I was visiting family in Fort Myers area. I drove back to Virginia from Florida and haven’t had an issue with my car since."
