"I had the valve cover / gasket replaced on 2008 BMW 528Xi. Leaking worse than orginally after their efforts. BMW dealer documented (with video) the leak and said it was installed wrong. I even paid extra for the OEM cover / gasket. 3 months later and they are still rejecting my claim. Small Claims court is next."

"This is one of the honest car shops in Naples. The staff is very respectful and stand behind their work. The garage is small, but clean and welcoming. You are greeted with a friendly hello and then addressed as Mr. And Mrs. The prices are fair and reasonable and they are willing to work with you. Since they buy the parts needed only after you have agreed to have the work done, they charge you what the part is worth, not marked up. The draw back to this is the timing. Although they are quick with their work, most of the time is spent waiting for the part to arrive. They are able to do most repairs on the day, but bigger projects would require more time as this is more of a small family business with only a couple of lifts in the garage. I feel that I am getting an honest opinion and quality work performed. Not something you get at most garages. They also stand behind their work and will take care of any problems that may occur after the job is complete. I will continue to go here for most of my work needed on my cars. I highly recommend JR and his crew for all of your car repairs."
