"Had my Jeep towed in, never been to NAR before, and they got right on it and fixed the starter and water pump within a day. Got the Jeep home and wouldn't start the next day--had it towed back. They had to take apart the engine to find out what was wrong--turned out to be a cracked head gasket, they gave me repair, replace or get rid of the Jeep options. They recommended I trade it in and I'm sure lost money on it because of all the time it took to figure out what was wrong--and they took the time to explain all the options to me. Great people and I'll be taking both of our vehicles there from now on!"
