"UPDATE: It’s been 2 years since I wrote the review below but now sadly I must add an addendum voicing my displeasure with this company and change my 5 star review to 1 star. After our initial purchase, 9 months later we purchased additional furniture from Norris, which consisted of 6 dining room chairs and 4 counter stools. Within 16 months after purchase, the material on the stools was pilling and fraying badly. These stools were costly at $1,000 each! The manufacturer will not warranty them after one year. They consider this normal wear and tear. Mind you, we sit on these chairs daily for breakfast and that’s it. Norris offered no recourse. They are basically endorsing the sale of WALMART quality fabric and charging $1000 per chair. SHAME ON THEM! Very disappointed after spending a total of $35,000 with this company. Our experience with Norris furniture was wonderful. Angela helped us select colors and fabrics for a new living room sectional and chair and also window treatments for our living room, dining room, and master bedroom. She has an amazing eye for design and was an absolute pleasure to work with. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. We are already contemplating our next project and are looking forward to working with Angela again."

"I enjoyed Madeline's friendly and helpful attitude. We hit it off immediately. I was hoping to redo my living room and replace everything. I had never worked with a designer before to help plan and coordinate the look I wanted, so it was new to me. "I highly recommend this 5 star furniture store!! I’ve shopped at many other local furniture stores, and in my opinion, Norris outranks them all with quality, selection, and excellent customer service! My salesperson was Meghan Quigley and she was an absolute saint to work with! She kept me updated throughout the entire process and is super friendly and professional. I also have to say that from the time my husband and I entered the store, we weren’t “attacked” by salespeople like some stores do. It was a no pressure, haggle-free process. Shop at Norris! You’ll be happy you did!"

"A few years ago, went to Norris Furniture in Naples. We were not impressed with the designer we met there. We then went to Norris in Fort Myers and had the pleasure of meeting Angela. She listened to us and was spot on in her recommendations. We purchased the items and love, love, love the way they look in our home. Recently, we were in need of side chairs and contacted Angela and again. She did not disappoint. Angela in very professional, a good listener and best of all, has wonderful taste. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!"

"As an independent and small Interior Design business, I rely heavily on companies like Norris to select furnishings, artwork/accessories, area rugs and etc. for my full service Interior Design Clients. I walked in one day with clients and was greeted by Katt and the rest was history! She was great to work with and always had my clients and myself laughing. When it came time for my final furniture presentation to my clients she was so accommodating and allowed me to use their conference room and supplied me with all the tools I needed to finalize their order. Orders were placed and everything was explained clearly to my clients. Norris also offer a great protection plan which puts my clients at ease. Katt continued to follow up on the orders and anytime we had a question she was there to answer it. I loved working with Katt and love working with Norris!"
