He spent so much time and creative energy with my husband and I to go over options for our new flooring and also our kitchen updating! He has an amazing selection of materials - flooring, tiles, kitchen cabinets and countertops - very high quality at great prices. Some really cool coastal materials to work with as well. Our floors were just completed and what a difference it made! We need a freshing up and this was the perfect choice - his team is hard working, neat and trustworthy. "****UPDATE**** I went to Direct Floors in Cape Coral over the weekend and they know how to treat a customer. I was greeted by a courteous and professional staff member and they answered all my questions. I purchase my floor from Direct floor and when I said I was impressed since it is such a small order he said " you will be flooring your entire house some day and we want your future business." So instead of the rude unprofessional and arrogant manner I was dealt with at Island flooring I was impressed with being treated the way ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED. I would never deal with this company. I have a small job and when I went into their showroom to discuss the matter I was greeted by an arrogant man who wanted nothing to do with my small job. He constantly interrupted me as I was just trying to gather information for what I needed. He would not allow me the opportunity to speak. When I went to show him a picture of the flooring I currently had he said I cant tell anything from a picture before I could even load it on my phone. So I guess if you have lots of money and want to floor your entire home they might be helpful. But they need a lesson in how to treat people who are potential customers no matter how small the work is. Some day the economy will not be booming and I bet he will be begging for work and when that day comes the little jobs like mine would be what gets him through."
