"This was my first appointment. The staff reached out early to ensure I had everything prepared and was on time. I was called on time for my appointment and was treated efficiently with follow up arranged. Excellent service."

"This place is awful. I have never seen such unengaged, robotic "doctors" in my life. I was told 2 different things by 2 different doctors, was told medications I was on for years would cause seizures. I spoke to a pcp and my pharmacist and they both said my medications did not cause seizures. Very rudely told me I had to choose between meds for my mental health or pain. Both doctors I saw looked and acted like they were prescribing meds for themselves. This place wasted my time and effort. By the way, I asked for 30 Tramadols for the YEAR because at 63, ibuprofen doesn't work anymore and I'm not done living. They did offer to refer me to a real doctor that can prescribe medications for me. What is this place for if you don't have doctors who can prescribe?? Again, a complete waste of my time and effort. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVER SO DEPRESSING."

"Filling out the paperwork every time I go in is a bit redundant! But I absolutely love Dr. Belcher. The staff is nice and the surgery center in Pensacola is efficient."

"I didn't get to see my original doctor I got stuck with the PA. It was very apparent that all they wanted to do is keep on injecting me with different things and fusing my spine I finally convinced her that I wanted to go through physical therapy and see about strengthening my back so requested a referral. The rest of the least the visit was very short it took less than 10 minutes and I was told that the physical therapy people will call me within a week or two and I was out the door."

"I was refused help for my pain even though I have a 12 year history of an SI Joint injury. The nerve pain is awful and affects every part of my day. I wasn’t asked anything about my pain, location, or the severity of it. I was offered incorrect medications and alternative therapy options that clearly haven’t worked it be past. If only they would have looked at any of my medical history, I might not have been treated like a drug addict searching for my next fix. Even though it’s a pain management clinic, I was told my pain wasn’t going to be treated by any narcotics that are actually strong enough to help my pain. They said “they don’t do that” when I asked for help to manage my pain while I await a more severe course of treatment."
