"In January 2023 I placed an order for a house full of CWS Impact windows and doors. They were delivered ahead of schedule and installed in March 2023. There was a small glitch with the screen sizes- they were too large. Josh Chevtaikin, our salesman from Bradley Building Products, worked with CWS to get the proper size screens and the third set was perfect. Josh handled this issue with professionalism and humility. "Stay away from this company at all costs, even if your building contractor uses them. They do less than poor work, lie to you and install defective everything. Installed our sliding glass doors with huge gaps at the top and bottom and I was basically told "Oh well!!" This company and our builder KNOW they were not installed properly and are choosing not to do anything about it."
"I gave this company my house plans to get a quote for new windows. After several weeks without I reached out and was told they would get back to me I’m still waiting. I guess that in 2022 business like this don’t respect clients like they should. When market slows down so will business. I would not give this business my hard earned money!"
