"Nowadays it's soooooo hard to find a company that really does what they say they're going to do, and show up , do a fantastic job, get it done, super nice couple, and explain what and how they fixed it. We had a driver's side window fall off track. It was smooth from the phone call to coming to the house. They probably stayed later than normal business hours and that's a plus too. "I can't thank hem lot. I locked my keys in the car. Bam they were there (Venice) got my car unlocked. One day I went to go in my car and the handle came off in my hand I had to climb over to the other side of the vehicle which is a Camry center console to get out when I came home they ordered the part and within 2 days because they are busy they put my handle on my car. They do my routine oil changes. Something else on my rear calibers. They repaired it. Kristie and Tom are good down to earth people. Kristie when is always out to look for a deal on parts for people's cars she waited until Black Friday for me and I had tires on sale originally I would have only been able to afford too tires but because of Kristie the tires that were on sale for my car Black Friday she wound up getting them half price so instead of the 2 tires I received four new tires. I have never saw my grandson taking such care of my vehicle also it's Thomas Nichols the 5th and he is falling right in all the footsteps I watch him rebuild everything and do a lot of work and they're just a great family business."
