"They started off great. They handled everything I needed and provided me with the appropriate coverage I needed. They also handled all workers compensation forms and paperwork for me as well. I couldn't have been more pleased. Well this year they dropped the ball and failed to handle all the forms resulting in me have to pay an extra $700. And instead of trying to figure it out or help make things right. I'm met with email after email saying failure to pay will results in notice of cancelation. I recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs. Maybe this review will get someone's attention and we can remedy the situation with more than it is what it is, pay now. Until then, I stand by my review."
