"REVISED: I had previously given five stars but unfortunately the follow through isn’t there. The manufacturer didn’t send the right lower cabinet doors and three months later we still have no response from Ben on a resolution. I think he just can’t manage his business effectively when things get complicated. UPDATE: One month later and still no call back, and no one answers the phone. I still don’t have my missing six doors. Storefront is closed and now says “by appointment only”. If I were confrontational I would make an appointment but I’ll let someone else deal with them."
