"The older large gentleman with "Bill" on his shirt is very rude and not customer friendly. Rolled his eyes as I walked in. Rude when sharing directions to the oil dump, and rude to my friend who was trying to return a part--which was the wrong oil filter which was sold to him in the first place. He hassled him over his receipt, and got his money back only after being persistent that he look up the part nunbers and do his job. Most people probably would have just walked out without their money. I wont be back to this location for oil dumping, buying oil change kits or otherwise. The girl running the store with him was very nice and ultimately the only helpful one and seemed to be expected to run the whole store by herself."
