"All I can say is don’t buy a conquest Gulf Stream, junk we can’t even believe how poorly they are manufactured. I’m assuming they must not have any quality control over their units prior to shipping them out. We can barely pump gas into it and have had it back to service multiple times. They had it for 3 weeks this last time and of course they say it’s fixed and it never is. We’ve been long time travelers have owned many units and this by far has been the worst experience ever. It’s not just being able to pump gas into it. It’s been so many items which if I listed everything would be reading all day. Buyer Beware."

"I highly recommend Jacob Yocum as your sales rep. He is very informative and makes sure that you are always satisfied. He will go above and beyond. As a 20 year old buying a travel trailer is a big decision, and when I first initially met Jacob, he made sure that everything worked out and did not try to sell me something right away. Kelly Blackwell in the finance department was very helpful and made sure that I understood everything financially. The overall experience at Gerzenys RV World was phenomenal. And as every business has, there were a few hiccups throughout the deal, but in the end, John, the service technician made sure that the RV was working before they sold it to me. He checked everything very thoroughly, and was overall a great tech."

"We recently became empty nesters and chose to purchase our RV from Gerzeny's to begin our touring adventures. Our Sales experience with Will, Jon, and Kelly was outstanding. Our rating would be 5 star if we were getting better timely communication from the service group....even with that, Will has stepped up and helped us resolve the minor issues we have encountered."

"We would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. We found a great RV brand new 2023 Forester that we were excited to purchase. We put down a $5000 deposit, in good faith, prior to closing. Then right before closing day, we were informed that the rig could not be delivered due to a hole in the LP tank which we waited a few weeks for repair. Given this major item issue on a new unit, we decided to get an RV inspector to check the unit before we closed on it. This proved to be the best choice we made. That is when we found out that there were 30+ other major issues with the brand new 2023 rig. We allowed them the opportunity to repair the items found, i.e. generator not working, leveling system not working, safety cameras upside down, etc…After another few weeks, we were told that ALL repairs had been completed. We sent the RV inspector out to check and VERY FEW of the repairs had been completed so we asked to cancel the sale because we were not going to pay $120k for a defective rig so we asked for our deposit back and waited well over a week with no response. We sent yet another request for our deposit back with no response. NOW WE ARE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. They are very nice at first but turn out to be very incompetent, and unprofessional."

"UPDATE 9/6/23 - I was contacted by Matt Gerzeny shortly after posting this review. I explained to Matt that the Google Review was my last ditch attempt to get someone's attention at the dealership. Apparently it worked. This was a classic situation of the owner not really knowing what the customer experience was like at the transactional level. Since this post, the coach has been repaired of all defects and is actually better-than-new. While extremely frustrating to experience that, it gave us a completely different perspective on owning a CLASS A motorhome. So much so that we approached Matt two months ago with a possible trade deal. We worked with Mike on the deal who made it painless. After a minor negotiation and a gracious trade-in offer, we sealed the deal. We took delivery our 2024 Forest River Sunseeker 3010DS last week. Class A to C made all the difference for us. We absolutely love it and can tell the difference in quality and ride immediately! Thank you Matt for making it right and thank you Mike for making it easy. And many thanks to Patty and the guys in service for being awesome! ORIGINAL POST- I am coming up on the one year anniversary of the purchase of a 2022 Miramar 34.6. It became apparent after the purchase that the quality control of the units they sell is extremely poor. Our unit has spent almost half of that year, combined, on the service dept lot for repairs of various items. We have had to bring the Coach back multiple times to fix issues that we were told we’re already addressed. Some repairs were minor inconveniences, while others were significant to the point of making the coach unusable. We have two open issues of which one is a shower-water leak that has now caused damage. Our service advisor, Denise, has been difficult to work with and does not return emails or phone calls. I resorted to calling the general manager and owner who also do not return messages. We are a local family of four who had aspirations of adventure and we are now stuck with a 165k albatross. Don’t fall for the “family owned” gimmick, they have demonstrated a complete lack of good faith in standing behind the product they sold us."
