"Prepare to be gouged for every part used. When I called to get an oil change I was told the dealership was at least 3 weeks out. The dealership opens for service at 7:00 AM. I was instructed to come in 30 minutes before they open (6:30 AM) and wait in line. Apparently they have a first come first served policy with a priority on scheduled appointments. If you are there before any of the appointments get in they will take care of you. I got there at 6:20 AM. The oil change went as expected and took about 45 minutes. I was charged more than what I was quoted for the oil change and the other parts are outrageous! I had a low battery in my key fob. The dealership charged me $12.78 for a CR2450 Battery. I can buy an 8 pack for $4.99! That's about 62 cents each and less if you buy in bulk. That's a 1,961% mark up on a battery. I was also quoted $135.00 for an air filter. I turned them down and purchased the Motorcraft FA-1927 filter for $57.49. If you enjoy paying more for parts and services just because you are at a ford dealership then this is the place for you!"
