"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED. The lady answering the phone is so unprofessional and annoying. It’s just so hard getting a simple answer from her and she gives you anxiety with her answers. I called her twice to ask about the installation sqft price and she gave me everything but an answer. I cannot.."

"I am forced to file a lawsuit due to horrible installation of both my carpet and tile floors through Brandon Tile. I had two different companies come in and confirm that the installation cannot be fixed and we must start over. Tiles are popping and seams of carpet are all showing in every room. The repair companies told me that whoever completed the install didn’t know what they were doing. They actually wrote in report that it looked like an amateur or homeowner completed the work. Brandon Tile had their in house handyman come in and put blue tape on every spot that was an issue and he ran out of tape. Be careful. Great sales but installation is a nightmare with many delays and just a terrible outsource vendor for installation"

"Stay away from this place. Woman who claimed to be the owner was very rude, and gave false information. There were no signs stating any specific places to park for the businesses with the plaza. The woman just wanted the shady spot I pulled up in. My pregnant wife wanted a cooler shady spot after she finished looking at flooring. Honestly, she almost hit my car with hers. I was never blocking any entrance. That is again untrue. I was legally parked at the plaza where multiple businesses occupy. In regards to any test that you speak of is not any public information, or your business. So I am not sure what you think your stating about on camera. I am shopping for flooring for my home, but after the encounter. I will shop elsewhere. I also found your reply just to further reason to not do business with type. Good day"

"I decided to go with this company because it was a small local business with great reviews, but at this point I am about to contact an attorney for fraud. We paid a deposit in April abs was told our flooring would be installed in 3 weeks. 3 months later and I have been to the store several times and have been lied to or my phone calls ignored. It is not just poor customer service to take someone’s money in good faith for services to be rendered in the future, but it is theft. We work hard for our money and we are not making donations to this company. We want answers, we want the flooring we ordered or we want our money back now."

"This place was a waste of time. Was told I’d get back with a quote, never received one, I called and was told they’d get back in touch, never did. They were unprofessional and unresponsive. Don’t waste your time. Wish I could give them less than 1 star rating. The owners claim to have never helped me however I came into the showroom, picked out flooring, Paul came to measure and I never received anything back as far as a quote. I’m glad the estimate was free because otherwise it would have been a waste of money as well."
