"Tricolor Flooring installed new floors in my house. Ian and Brian made selecting the floors easy and delightful. The available selection in the store’s show room was fairly large but not overwhelming. They encouraged me to take multiple samples home as the lighting in the store might give the new floor an appearance that might look different from what it might look like at home. In fact, having the samples on hand, being able to talk with Ian and Brian, masters in the floor covering world based on their knowledge and experience, made a huge difference in my shopping and selection experience. The measurements and estimates that Ian did were accurate and fair. The installers were diligent and professional. The install start date was highly convenient and they completed the job in less time than expected. The job involved removing several square feet of ceramic tile before installing new floors—tile and luxury vinyl planks. As promised, they did everything possible to make the tile removal process dust-free. Ian did mention that there might be some dust because of the project’s nature, but the tile removers covered all vents, furniture, counters, appliances, and closets/cupboards to assure minimal dust. In the end the completed project was done professionally, cleanly and timely. Thanks to Ian, Brian and the installers, I now have new, great looking floors that have already received nice compliments."
