I scheduled the service because my cat peed in her car carrier that leaked through to the front passenger seat. I wasn't able to get the smell out on my own so I recruited some help. I shared with Stephanie about my goal. She worked on the spot three times until she was satisfied with the work. She shared with me after it was done that if I can still smell it in 30 days to bring it back and she can do a spot clean for an extremely reasonable price.
