"It was a Saturday afternoon and I had a battery issue in my 2020 Jaguar F-Pace. I was going to take a road trip on Monday and needed my car fixed. Sara Cribbs and her team at Crown Jaguar in St. Pete helped us out big time. We got the car to her by noon and was done by about 4pm. Replaced the battery and did some other required maintenance. My advice is simple- if you have a Jaguar and need service- call directly to Crown and ask for Sara. She is very responsive and will take care of everything. Thank you Sara and the Crown team!"

"Took my XF in for my 1st annual service and dealt with Brooks Falzone in the service department. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helped out with a little issue that I had with the car that wasn’t part of the service. Very happy with how quick they were and they will continue to be where we bring our Jag for service."
"I just had my vehicle in for service and it was the best experience I have had here! My service representative, Mike, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above the call of duty. I was going out of town the day my car would be ready and he graciously allowed me to leave the car there until my return. During that time, they continued to check one issue that would not replicate (instead of just letting it sit) and when I returned, he gave me the update and advised that the part needed was on order and when my car would be ready. To put the cherry on top, he had the car delivered to me at work; making it possible for me to get the car back that day without missing more work!"
