"Went in to see if i could get my clutch cable adjusted. It's a used bike. Came in the morning, owner said he'd take a look and if it needs adjusted, send me on my way. An hour later i Bring the bike and was told "we're not going to work on it." Oooook, why? I was told because its been to some shops before for same issue. Ok. As im trying to understand why owner goes "nothing you can do to talk me out of it." Sheesh, youd think i dissed this guy or something. Talked to me so stern as if i was a child that lost my way. Im a combat veteran looking for service. Ok, their right to refuse but youd think my money wasnt good enough for him. 2.5 stars. The tech did talk to me awhile and the owner did do some research on some extra stuff i asked about. Tech also gave me some knowledge on clutches but all that and my money not good enough because some other shop did work. Duh im here bc other shop i dont trust. My buddy told me about him and my buddy is getting an earfull. Im literally in this community looking for help, they told me - take it to Tampa where i bought it. the reason for refusing service, while theirs, was unjust to me."

"Mark tuned up my bike the first time I brought it to Florida. I gota lot of enjoyment out of it after that. Then he let me store it at his shop when Hurricane Irma was threatening Tampa Bay and it was living outside. Now he just brought it back to life after it spent the last several winters sitting in a falling down garage in Rhode Island. He was patient with sourcing hard to find good quality parts. He was a little obsessive (as you’d expect a good motorcycle mechanic to be) about providing regular updates - because these things take time. Mark is a good guy.
