"Scott Shattuck and Donnie Brasco were the worst yet. I want them to fired for not only not doing the job I paid them to do but they also purposely wreck other parts of my car computers fuse box and wiring system and charged me for more that they were suppose to. I'm complaining 5 times and want them fired for what they did to me and 5 others as I was their dealing with them I know and heard them complain Thanks for all your help on making this happen.. Please warn others about these guys and don't let them work for u or on your car."
"2018 Jaguar Fpace front end collision. Significant damage. This shop has been hands down the BEST. At the time of the crash I had the vehicle towed to my dealership. They picked it up and took it to their shop. After extensive factory specified repairs I got the car back today full of fuel, delivered to my door and looking brand new inside and out! Look at that mirror shine! Very detail oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. A bonus: all repairs have a lifetime warranty! Thanks Scott for an experience second to none."
"This is a top notch Body Shop for the area. I don't think it's a place for detailing, mechanical repairs, brakes or tire work. Communication could be improved all around. I brought my BMW there for body work within the last 6 months. After discussing the details of the job, understanding what they were going to do and estimating the costs I felt comfortable to make an appointment - which took a while. I let my expectations be clearly known ahead of time (only flawless results please for the $) and I think they delivered. Where the repairs were made is totally unnoticeable and the car looks brand new. Thanks Scott and team."
