"I contracted to have Fine & elegant cabinets build me a set of Samsung solid surface counter tops. I did not use them because they gave me a lower bid. They did not. same price as Loew's. should have gone with Loew's at least they will take care of their mistakes without loosing their temper and screaming at me. after two attempts to make the counter tops fit they said tha'ts the best they can do. Sink off center of the cabinet doors 1.5 inches. sticks our like a sore thumb. two areas of the kitchen the counter top overhang is not even close to the rest of the kitchen. Over all the tops look OK. but these mistakes are impossible to ignore. the owner did text me an apology for losing his cool. finally these are good hard working folks with good intentions, Just be sure to cross all of the t's and dot all of the I's. then be sure to sign off on what they propose to do for you."
"What a shame...Fine Elegant Cabinets custom built and installed a portion of my kitchen cabinets. The workmanship, for the most part was excellent, except for a tiny problem that can be rectified in 5 minutes by them. The screws on the drawer runs stick out too far, thus causing the drawers to get stuck when opening them. I have called several times and was told they would come to fix it, but I got stood up every time, without the courtesy of a phone call. I was told on one occasion that they did call, but my phone log shows no such call at all. I hope they get your order right the first time, cuz you won't see them again."
