When one of the umbrellas' broke (just weeks after delivery), they did not respect the warranty and did not replace the umbrella after spending thousands with them. Would not recommend at all. If there is an email I can contact the Operations Manager, I will send the photos and the information but my account rep did nothing to rectify at the time."

Derek the sales person took time to help me select just the right pieces to create the perfect outdoor space. The furniture is beautiful and the quality is exceptional. There were a few issues with the shipping carrier but Mike and his team went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Florida Patio not only met my expectations but they exceeded them on all levels. I couldn’t be more pleased."
