"This site is terrible at communicating. I have received 4 revised finish dates and I had to call them 2 days after the initial due date to provide me with an updated finish date. It's obvious they are not equipped to handle big jobs as most they most likely deal with fender benders. To get someone to give me an explanation is like pulling teeth. The desk person usually picks up, but good luck in getting transferred to the right person the first time you call. My usual attempt in communicating with this shop entails calling in the morning and the adjuster not being available with a promise to get a call back throughout the day. A follow up call is inevitable at the end of the day as if the morning call never happened. Very frustrating to deal with and lacking of professionalism."

"My car went in for a new bumper and to put my window back on the track as when I roll it down it doesn't want to go up correctly. Gerber did an absolutely fabulous job on my bumper and the sensors were all fine.I did not like that they scheduled my car to come in for a three day job on a Thursday but do not work on Saturday and Sunday however I was absolutely thrilled when they called me on Friday right before closing and waiting for me to come pick up my car before the long weekend. They definitely have some big pluses."

"I was in an accident with my RAV4 and brought it to them in rough shape. One tire was destroyed and there was some significant damage on passenger side rear door & quarter. My insurance was covering the work so I had the choice of hundreds of repair shops to pick from. I chose Gerber because of all their positive reviews. Now my own philosophy on reviews is to disregard the star rating but see how many reviews are done and to read the comments. Gerber had a lot of reviews and they were very good ones. A lot of auto body work was done, not to mention the suspension, alignment, and all the calibration of sensors. This car has so many sensors. So, Jeff was my primary point of contact during the whole process. The team and Jeff were friendly, informative, and very detailed. All the work was thoroughly explained. Fantastic customer service. This is how all businesses should be. First off, this is my vehicle and I put my most valuable possession in there almost everyday, my family. I don't want any work rushed. I knew that this takes time to be done right and there are variables to consider. I've had a lot of engine work done with cars in the past. Sometimes parts don't arrive on time, things don't fit right, and the biggest issue is the discovery of more problems. I've been hustled too. These things happen, but those types of people don't last long in business, not a high performing level anyways. This is my first review I've ever done, sadly I've just never cared before. Yet, it was time to acknowledge a good business and people. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Jeff gave me a status report twice a week, sometimes three times. If you're reading this, just have patience with the process and you'll end up with a gem! This place demonstrates the meaning of "integrity." They give a lifetime warranty on their work, so you know are professional and stand behind their work."
