"Over priced. Cash only. Refused to put tires on the bike unless HE purchased them. Tried to sell me services before ever looking at the state of the bike or it’s fluids. Worst of all, he left two bolts off the bike that hold the exhaust firm to the frame. Really unfortunate experience. I’ll have to comb over the bike personally to insure he didn’t leave anything else out or loose… get better Barkley, this community needs a real bike mechanic that cares about their work, reputation, and client base."
"2015 HD CVO Street Glide no throttle response check engine light is on getting error codes P1510 (EFI) LIMITED PREFROMANCE MODE & P2138 (TGS) CORRELATION ERROR (TWIST GRIP SENSOR)Dropped bike off this morning. And so far im getting a good vibe from the Repair shop just a brief talk about the problem I had with the owner/mechanic of hogtown and he seems to be very Knowledgeable & skilled. So if everything goes smoothly this will become the only place i would go to from now on so I'll follow up with a full review. After all is done the it will be based upon the following. Frist how long it takes him to diagnose the problem. Secondly letting me know what is wrong with the bike. The course of action needed to repair her. Including any parts that my need to be replaced. The total cost of the job. His ability to obtain the parts. (IF NEEDED) Repair the bike and get me back on the road. With quality timing and cost in mind."
"Used this location for a U-Haul truck rental. I had issues trying to get the rental completed using the U-Haul truck share web app, which is horrible, but the person in the office got it taken care of and got me out quickly. He also took care of the return quickly. I would certainly use this location in the future if I need to rent a truck or trailer from a U-Haul dealer."
