"So I have been to this location a number of times and everyone is usually good with the service. But today Jason went above and beyond! Honestly, I haven’t had a great experience like this in awhile, which is why I’m writing a review about him. I needed two new car batteries for the remote keys for two different cars. They didn’t have them when he looked online but he took my key fobs which one of them was a bmw and was a little tricky to open but he figured it out and he replaced not just one but both key fob batteries! Now he could of just said we don’t have them in stock and took care of the next customer but he went above and beyond and check both keys to figure out they do have the batteries and replaced them for me as well. This is what’s called great customer service! Made my night honestly. Thanks Jason! Keep up the good work my dude!"
"My wife and I were in Orlando visiting DW and my check engine light came on. We are from NC and did not know if we had to get it fixed or not. We visited this Advance Auto store And Brandyn was so helpful he used a code reader to inform me it was a sensor and I was ok to get it looked at back home.
