"Compared to Ford, the service organization is seriously lacking. When I show up for a Ford dealership appointment with my truck they know my name (because they see the car and time reservation as I pull in), they have a list of everything I’ve requested on the phone already, a timeframe to get it done, all very professional/easy and very well organized. I brought my Chevy car in for service here and it was the opposite. Nobody knows what’s going on, or what I need. I spent 20 min on the phone with them earlier this week explaining the work I needed done- when I dropped off I might as well walked in from the street. It took 4 different people and 30+ minutes just to drop off. I’ve only used them once, so maybe it was a bad day, but I won’t be back. The management team did reach out to learn more so it’s good to see they use this feedback to learn and improve."

"I bought a vehicle in Dec 2023. First seller tried to sell me the vehicle $10k more than advertised on internet. Then I asked another seller and he said that’s not the price, and gave it to me according to was advertised on internet. Then they told me they will call me to include the lines around the vehicle, which cost hundreds for being a 2023 Suburban (what they said in Dec 2023). They never called me. I contacted them to ask and they didn’t set a time or contacted me back for appointment. I visited them 10 months later and asked for a credit. Manager Patrick didn’t care about my situation and actually minimized it saying that only cost $20 dollars and when I told him that he knows that’s not true, he said they sold me the vehicle with discount. I give them 2 stars because for me, good service and integrity should be essential in business."

"I usually do not like putting bad reviews because I know this hurts the business but I can’t let this continue to happen and it’s just not one person, I bought my truck 2021 there and since every service I took my truck in there was always an issue and today was the last draw, I made an appt about 2 weeks ago for today Saturday 21st and I usually don’t call to confirm but something told me to call and apparently I was not schedule I even told the lady over the phone I have a text but she totally disregarded that and transferred me to the St. Cloud location which I thank her for that because no they didn’t have me schedule but they put me in and I got my service done with no problem and actually their service was a 10/10. Again your sales department great 10/10 but service department advisors need more training and customer service as well."
