"AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely awful experience. Car broke down as we pulled into Universal’s parking lot. Check that receipt, they “saved” my transmission- 2 weeks later the car was no longer running and the transmission bad. Wasted our time and obviously a lot of money and check out that price for a ford escape oil change 90$…… Why steal our money if you aren’t capable of fixing the problem..just tell it you aren’t capable To add insult to injury, when we went to pick up the car it was out of gas. Car said we could drive 0miles….. very stressful but we did make it. They were gruff and not professional.. they work on semi trucks and large vehicles… AVOID AVOID AVOID… if you aren’t driving one of those and avoid otherwise as dishonest land OVER PRICED!!! Such a horrible experience I had to wait to write this review… AVOID AVOID AVOID."

"BR Diesel was fantastic. We are from out of town and on vacation. We were having vibrations in our vehicle between 55 and 70 mph. They originally checked the wheel balance but it ended up being the brakes and rotors. They were able to get our car fixed up within about 4 hours. Car drives so much better now. This could have really ruined our vacation but with their fast fix it was greatly appreciated!"
