"Initially went to Pep Boys for a screw stuck in my tire. The technician found the screw was not a problem. He did observe one of my tires was showing steel belt and suggested replacing it and another worn tire. So we did and now my car is on 4 good tires."

"I have had two bad experiences with this place and have emailed corporate to no avail. The first time i went here for an alignment and tire rotation, their tech cross threaded and stripped multiple lug nuts and studs on my truck. The second time i went back for an alignment (since it was under warranty) they never properly aligned my truck. They left the bolts all loose and never tightened them when the truck was off the lift and have costed me more money to take it somewhere RELIABLE to have another ball joint put in. This place has horrible mechanics. Do not take your vehicles here! Edit: I have emailed the owner twice with no response. This place is extremely unsafe."
