"I had called another auto parts store about whether they had a light bulb for my tag lights and if they could help me change it. They right away said no. Then I called this store to ask the same question and Eric answered the phone and said he could try if it didn’t involve taking apart parts. I went there purchased the light and even though he was helping another customer found time to help me replace the bulbs. Great service and I don’t say this often because he could have very well also said no."
"Ken and Chase we're very helpful with my battery issue. Luckily the warranty took care of the situation walked out no charge with a new battery and Chase even put it in for me"
