"After doing so many transactions with this company i had to change this review. Originally I had gave them 5 stars. But as of lately I can’t say they deserve it. Few months ago I went to get another mattress. They gave me the complete run around, even promised me I will be the first delivery the next day which I wasn’t. Kept me on hold on the telephone for 20 minutes. Extremely unprofessional. 3 days later never received the mattress and ended up canceling my order due to the lies and broken promises. I’ve spent $1000’s at this location and I will never spend another dime here after new management took over. I also recently called to inquire about a laptop. $600 for a laptop that cost $300 at Walmart is ridiculous. I understand they need to make money but doubling prices isn’t it. As a customer who spent so much money here. It’s disappointing. Never again."
"Just moved to the area and was in the need of furniture on the fly and came across Great Rooms and had the opportunity to be assisted by Noah and Drew and their customer service was above and beyond. They assisted and ensured they answered all my questions and concerns to the best of their ability. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for at an affordable rate without the hassle of going through a department store like Rooms to Go. This will be my go to spot moving forward for any of my needs."
