"Buyer beware. Awful service. I ordered slings online. They did not ask about spline size but sent slings with the wrong size splines. When I contacted them, they said they only responded via email-with a several day wait. Then they sent the wrong size again. Very unhelpful. Still don't have the problem fixed - after 6 WEEKS!!!"

"I ordered 2 new slings on 6/1/2023 for $173.98. I emailed a week later asking for an ETA and got no response. I called at the beginning of July asking for an ETA, I was told that the slings were almost finished and that I would get an email with tracking info by the next week. That week has past and now they are not answering their phone. Is this a real company? I am getting the feeling that this is a scam with a few fake good reviews. At this point I just want my money back and I will go elsewhere. Avoid ordering from them!!!!! Edit: changed to 3 stars for lack of communication. I checked with the post office and my package was mailed on the 20th...."

"Very disappointed after I received my order. The two slings looked like they had been sewn by a 4 year old. Seams 9n each side were uneven on both pieces. There was a large staple in the back of one of them. There is no way I could have removed it without tearing material. When I called to check on my order prior to receiving them, the person I talked to was very short and rude. There is absolutely no way I would ever recommend their services or products. Chalk this one up to experience .Never again!!"

"We ordered the Hampton Bay mill valley replacement cushions with extra pillows. It took exactly 8 weeks but it's worth the wait. The cushions are of better quality than the originals. They are the same dimensions as the originals but the weight of the cushions is much heavier. Very satisfied with the purchase."

After the amount of money I spent on this furniture, I had high hopes for the new seat fabric, and my hopes were exceeded! After a little bit of processing time to fabricate my specific order, they shipped to my door and arrived perfectly! After installation and some spray paint, my ~20 year-old patio set looks better than new! Thank you for your quality product and rapid response to my needs!!!"
