"Will advertised as new products when you get the product it is used. If you pay for a product you expect it to be new not used. Got a dryer that was rusty on top and it didn't even heat up. Had to call up corporate and complain for about a week before I was finally sent a new product. When I signed up I agreed I wanted new not used. They will sit down and fight with you explaining why it was not new. If they give you the option to pick new or used why is it always used.went to two dryers before I finally got a new one. I even got a refrigerator that was not the refrigerator that I ordered. And got same issues as dryer They are quick to breach a contract. But quick to come get the equipment if you don't pay on time. If you want it fixed they just give you a used one not an new one.My dryer almost burned down my house with smoke that filled my whole entire house. Was told that they were going to send a used one out and not a new after I spent over $1,000 on a product that I taught was new. Will recommend never to use this rent-a-center."
"The female manager and michael (not sure about the others) are horrible. I cant wait to finish out my contract to never deal with these people again. Sure, its pricey and I knew that going in, but If id have known what these people were like I would have never signed anything."
