"The 1st time I went to this salon was 7 weeks ago and I received a Brazilian Blowout, color, highlights and haircut. I went home happy. I went back yesterday for a root touch-up and explained to my stylist that the Brazilian Blowout was not working like it had in the past, I have been getting a Brazilian for many years. I told her that my hair has been only slightly less frizzy than before and I still have to work to get my hair smooth and straight. She kept saying she wasn't sure what happened and maybe next time we should try a keratin treatment instead even after explaining to her that I have gotten a Brazilian Blowout many times before that lasted months. Keep in mind that the cost of this treatment is about $400! I think she should have offered to comp my next treatment and if she did not have the power to do that she should have at least talked to the owner on my behalf. I felt like my stylist was distracted with another client while cutting my hair and my haircut wasn't on par with the 1st time. I am new to this salon and everyone there is very nice but for as much as it costs to have my hair done there I am very disappointed that after mentioning three times the fact that my Brazilian Blowout did not work, I would have expected better customer service. I am unsure if I will return to this salon."
