"My house was completely setup with this companies garage shelves, closets , Murphy bed several years ago . Very expensive but worth it . Recently had a plastic piece break on the front of one of my shelves . It is basically a bumper which is not a big deal . I went to the store today and they want me to pay to have a guy come to my house and replace the piece . I don’t mind buying a new piece but they won’t sell it to me . I will find a replacement part somewhere or just find a piece that is similar . Needless to say I am not recommending this store . If a customer purchases 10k worth of custom closets you can at least sell him the part ."

"Highly Recommend Custom Home Closet. They did all our closets, which includes shelves and drawers, and doors. Their installers were courteous, quick and on time. Also, had office space created to include desk, drawers installed in our guest room, which maximized our use of room to allowed for sofa bed to be used. We also had plans to mount TV on wall over desk and Tammie the designer was very helpful in formulating our plan for the office space."
