"The service in the shop was amazing. They MOVE! They manage time very well. They try to get you in and out. Seems like a good team of knowledgeable people. HOWEVER.....I have some sort of problem with the install of drive axle brakes. So ...thats why I only give 4 stars."

"The manager Greg is terrible. I had to call a Loves to talk to Greg and email him instructions. Greg messed up my entire day, and forced us to sit in the gas station while they replaced a 2week old retread tire they had just installed. Of hundreds of tires I’ve had replaced, or replaced myself, this place is the worst. Greg is Dishonest and incompetent. Look how all I asked for was a tire and I get back to some ferry grinding a bent post for no reason but to bill me for it, for a fender that loves tire took out of commission.? There’s good ones and bad ones. But… This is a bad loves shop. 4:30 my kids time and Greg is afraid to let him stay asleep in the truck? And they’re so lazy to make me drop the trailer to change 1 tire? EMPTY BUILDING, 3 Workers, 4 Hours For 1 Tire,??? !! Missed my appointment because of Greg. Some shops are good!!! This one is not!!!"
