"This is an update to a former post of a few months ago.. I had a poor customer service experience in the store and wrote an angry review as a result. Since then, the manager, Karen, has contacted me to make a personal apology and to explain steps the store has taken to prevent events like mine from happening again. In this day of extreemly poor customer service, this was a welcome and appreciated move on the part of AutoZone. She made several calls before she was able to make contact with me. That showed dedication on her part, and her sincere desire to correct an issue in her store. I give her a full 5 stars for her compassion, concern, and dedication to serving all her customers here in Bushnell. Thank you Karen and AutoZone. "My 2019 Mustang battery stopped working due to extensive corrosion from battery acid on the negative terminal. I shopped the stores that carry batteries in the area, looking for the best deal, and Karen was so patient, kind, informative, and helpful that I decided to purchase my battery with them. The battery arrived the next day and when I went to pick it up we discovered that the port was fused to the terminal, making it very difficult to switch the batteries out. Marcus was assisting with the batter change, he went above and beyond to make sure the battery port was removed from the terminal (it took over an hour and he had the utmost patience the entire time), the terminal was free of corrosion (and was protected against it in the future), and that my battery was installed perfectly in my car. The staff at this AutoZone location are phenomenal, it's nice to know that ai have a great group of people to help me out with my cars' needs. I'll definitely be visiting this location again whenever I need any parts for either of my cars. Thank you both so much! - Dani"
