"I stopped in to the store to find a particular calculator. I was acknowledged when I first walked in the store. As I looked bewildered when I first walked in, an associate noticed this and asked if he could help me. I got the help I needed immediately and very much appreciate the help."

"Sorry to say this, but absolutely worse service ever. We never do curbside pick up. It was an option provided by them in their email. We followed the proper steps for the curbside pick up, no one showed up for over 15 minutes. I go into the store, and explain to customer service agent that I've been waiting for curbside pick up and called them as well. He first asks me wear I parked, I replied that I parked at the curbside pick up parking. Then he said well we don't do curbside pick up during the rain. So I said oh I see no worries, but it would be kind of nice to let us know that somewhere in the email so we wouldn't have been sitting out there waiting forever. His response, "I don't own office depot." Mind you I'm being absolutely polite and speaking in conversation not once was my tone that of a compliment more of constructive feedback. Office depot employee: we don't deliver technology at curbside pick up. Me: uhm your entire store is technology and electronics based...and the email literally gives this option with instructions on how to go about it."

"I was very impressed by the way the store looks. It is well kept, organized and clean. I was also impressed with how it was staffed which these days it is hard to find anybody in the store that can help you and I was lucky enough today to be helped by both DAVY and FRANK both gentlemen demonstrated a great deal of professionalism, Excellent customer service and knowledge of the store’s inventory . As a health insurance agent that works from home and meets regularly with the public it is important for me to have the necessary tools to do my job and I am thankful that whatever it is I need I can find at Office Depot."
