"I was skepitical about purchasing another used appliance from anyone, but DNB has made a believer of me in there ethical business standards. After purchasing a used Whirpool Washer several months ago, and the other day there was an issue of it not draining. I called and the owner was on my doorstep the next morning, assessed and replaced a cracked pump, covering it under the 6 month warranty. To used the word ‘impressed’ to describe my experience would be an understatement. Highly recommended for many reasons, but being a highly ethical business would be my first reason."

"Not even a week after buying our washer, it stopped working. We called the store and they said they were going to charge us to come out and fix the coupler because "it broke because someone put too many clothes in the washer", it takes a good google search to find out couplers break from wear and tear. Take a good look at the picture of the old coupler for yourself! No way it is that torn up from one bad spin! The amount of business that was lost due to such horrible customer service is absurd. Take your business elsewhere."
