"Could have given zero if possible. Highly unprofessional. I called them for an eval on the HVAC. Turned out Evap cols needs replacement. Wideman ordered it and forgot about it. We were without AC for about 2 weeks already. When I called, only then wideman told us that yes, the coil has arrived. Replacement was scheduled for a day, between 8am to 12 pm window. Did not hear anything from these guys till 11:30. It is only when I called again that I was told about some issue and that the tech is running late. My wife talked with these guys and said jokingly that since you are arriving late, please make sure that the job is completed today itself since we are without AC for quite sometime. Hearing this, the wideman people got offended, cancelled the service completely. Offended !!!, After waiting for almost 5 hours, I now hear that we are cancelling the service and not coming to your house since you are "hard to deal with" people. The audacity of it did not stop here. I hired another tech and requested him to contact wideman for the evap coil transfer because ordered fresh, would have taken time to arrive. Out of shear animosity, wideman refused to transfer even the coil for which, I was going to pay myself. So I spent about $80 or 100 on evaluation by these guys, waited for almost a weeks or more, waited for about 5 or more hours on the day scheduled (missing my office), and in the end these guys refused to provide the service. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. My guess is that they found another, better paying job and that is why they were 5 hours late. Similarly, they found another better paying job and that's why they cancelled our service. Not only this, my wife requested them couple of times on texts (since they stopped picking up phone) that please transfer the coil atleast, no response. I strongly recommend NOT using their services. Not only the tech, the owner, the receptionist, all stopped taking any calls. I inquired around, turned out these are some "not to be trusted" AC repair people. I don't know how and why google has rated them so high. I know, a single bad reviews is not going to do anything, and reviews anyways don't do any harm, but still wanted to put it out so that more customers, like us, can be careful."

He addressed a couple concerns we had, and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and we wouldn’t think of using anyone but Wideman. I got a good price from Wideman, which my niece in Nevada confirmed was the same she was quoted for a 12,000 btu unit. They were out the next day to install it.. The guys worked in extreme heat without a grumble. Brandy in the office is great to work with, and they offered a 12 month same as cash payment plan. Don't even call anyone else."
