"The worst experience I’ve ever had. 1 star is far too generous. Short version: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Every step of the transaction was wrong and mishandled. Long version: You could have told me this place was run by toddlers and I would believe you. Where to begin. I called on a Saturday and ordered 4 tires. The guy who took the order was nice, and scheduled me an appointment for Tuesday at 10am. That part is important to remember. I showed up at 9:55AM on Tuesday morning. I gave my keys to the person working at the desk and asked, how long do you think it will be? “Oh we’re pretty busy today, so probably a few hours”. Well, that’s why I made an appointment for 10am. They said they would call me when it was done. At 2 o clock I decided to just go back in since it had been 4 hours. Plenty of time to just mount and balance 4 tires. Upon returning, the manager said they weren’t done yet, but assured me that it would be done in the next 20-30 minutes tops and he would go help finish it up to get me out of there. I proceeded to wait until 3 o clock, one hour later, to come back inside and say, hey, you told me 20-30 minutes tops, and it’s still not done. The manager proceeded to tell me that he was sorry, and that he was doing everything he could. Yet during that time I watched him walk around the parking lot talking on the cellphone like he was taking a stroll through the woods, sightseeing. The manager decided he wanted to offer me a “free alignment” for the troubles. The most laughable part is that he actually expected me to ever come back. But wait, there’s more. When I dropped my keys off in the morning I specifically told them I want to keep my old tires, so they wouldn’t charge me for a recycling fee. Finally when they got my vehicle done, I went out and realized my tires were not in my vehicle as I stated. I checked the receipt and it specifically says on the sheet, customer will keep tires. Oh, and they charged me for recycling the tires that I kept. I will pay triple anywhere else to never have to deal with the utter incompetence ever again."

"This shop was recommended to me by a friend. I went in and was greeted immediately. I told Joseph what was going on with my car and he actually listened to me. While waiting for my vehicle, there were a few other customers in the waiting area and all of them kept talking about how great the service is there and how one of them even drove an hour just to go to that location because he trusted them. It’s so important to have that. I will absolutely be making them my store!"

"Overall very happy with my experiences here. I have been going regularly for two years. The transition with the Mavis buy-out seems to be going pretty seamless so far. I do like the staff - Joseph, the general manager, did a great job taking care of me promptly with my latest routine appointment."

"Made an appointment online, called the store to confirm something, Amanda was super awesome and helpful through that process. Wife went and got the tires changed and new pads and rotors on the back. I was confused on something called and spoke with Joe he 100% took care of my confusion. Definitely straight shooters at this location and recommend. They will be my go to from now moving forward!"
