"I'm very disappointed with the service I have received on my last three visits trying to get my A/C charged. I'm sixty-five so I requested assistance with the purchase and installation of the freon. I was told the employees can't provide assistance with A/C. Then I was sold the wrong freon. Returned to get the correct type in a one-time use can. I was unable to get the fitting on correctly and wasted that can. Returned for a third time, sold another can, but advised and purchased the wrong application hose. "Fast friendly service. Enough staff for the amount of customers at that time of day. Decent prices. Very clean with an 'open' feeling that made finding things quick & easy. I would recommend them & go back to this particular store (branch or whatever you'd call it) again. Also didn't talk down to me or treat me like an idiot or a bimbo for being female in (e-gads!) an auto parts store.. which happens more often than not unfortunately"
