"Very deceitful putting an oddball rim and cap on passenger rear. Unnoticed until later. Your diabolical plan worked. Twice asked and twice assured me you had 4 decent matching rims. If you had been considerate enough to tell me of the problem I would have understood and we could have arranged a matching one at a later date but you chose deception. I retract any and all recommendations to family and friends. I won't mention the other unfavorable treatment I received that day."

"The worst possible service ever. I called prior to make sure they had the tire size i needed seeing i had a over 30 minute drive there. We sat there for 2 hours before they even moved our car, which it's a Saturday and they were busy so I understood. When they moved our car to change 1 tire we needed we waited a hour and a half and many cars after ours had come and gone so I went outside to check and the doughnut tire was still on the vehicle. No one has told us any information so we proceed to the desk to ask what was going on. They then informed us that the tire they had in our size was bad so they couldn't use it and were trying to find one that might be close in size but not exact. Why did that take a hour and a half with no one informing us? I said I wasn't paying for a tire that wouldn't be the same size as the rest. That's poor business ethics needless to say we left 3 and a half hours later with no tire and will not ever go back."

"Had a flat tire went there got a tire now my car ride horribly. took it back (had to leave my job three hours early to be able to do this. ) may be something a little loose or whatever because if I try to drive it all in my car is going to fall apart. a car that drove Smoother with the donut, can barely go 10 miles an hour without feeling like fuel is going to fall off, it’s clearly coming from the tire. They Left me sitting there for a good two hours to then tell me that it has nothing to do with his tire. It’s my car’s mechanical problems! Open my glove box, you can see everything ever done to this vehicle. ALL Regular maintenance It is beyond cared for perfectly. I wasn’t trying to accuse them of anything. Just wanted to check to make sure that Tire was on safely. It’s not it’s now cost me $200 to get the damage that they caused fixed plus another tire because they sold me a bad tire. Go to a real mechanic not these people."
