"So I got my leather couches here. I want to say they are beautiful and no complaints there. The delivery drivers were amazing. They were fast and didn't damage anything. However, the leather kit I received was missing items. So I contacted Jorge Marrero my sales rep. He said we can deliver it to you customer service will contact you. They didn't I had to call and he left right after our phone call. I spoke to liza the manager and they had a kit available. She was going to have it delivered but I chose to pick it up instead today since I had time. The Sales rep Jorge looked at me when I entered and he turned and walked away as if well I made my commission. No call from him to follow up nothing. I Give the furniture and delivery guys 5 stars and the manager 5 stars but the sales rep Jorge for treating me like trash after a 4000 buy a negative 10."
