"So seven months ago I messaged the owner about a product they posted on Instagram. I said that I would buy it, and they said that it would be in store January. It is august and still no product. I have messaged them repeatedly and they do not respond, they give me no updates on the item. I was going to use this item to start a small business. I spent hundreds of dollars setting up an LLC and opening a small business account. At this point they have still not reached out to me, and I am out all this money. This is not the kind of customer service I expected.dont depend on these people."

They promised it would be completed before Christmas, and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Their craftsmanship is amazing. Each piece is custom made and gorgeous.
