He asked A-LOT of questions and I appreciated that because he helped us select the best bed for us. It’s rare to find a caring salesman these days. I Did not buy the same day. slept on it and came back the next day and was met with a smile and warm greeting. Excellent customer service. Top notch and we appreciate it. Thank you"

"2 no shows. They don't respond to your requests for follow ups. When you contact them and ask for a call back (they say within 1 hour) they don't call back. Impossible to get through to customer service. Never got confirmation of 2 scheduled deliveries (2 hour window) and waited for them like a moron. They had lame excuses... Horrible experience, not sure why their ratings are so high. My order was placed online and this is the closest local store I assume would deliver. Will never take a chance on them again. Avoid at all cost."
