"Even though this place has almost 5 stars, my experience has not been the best. I bought this king-size matress 3 weeks ago. I paid $1,300 for it, and it is already dented on the side my daughter sleeps. She weighs 180 pounds. The fabric is also cheap it has started to unravel. Not to mention, it is super hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I have bought better quality matress for way less. First and last time doing business here."

"Everyone was friendly so I’ll give it a 2 star but truly, the worst mattress I’ve ever had in my life. My husband sleeps on the couch to avoid pain, I am pregnant and wake up in tears from being so sore every morning. I got my 7 year old daughter a bed from there as well and she prefers the couch with her dad unless we layer the mattress with padding. Not only is it uncomfortable but every time you sit on it, you hear the springs pop so I’m thinking I received a defective mattress. Upon opening the plastic, the bed was wet but we figured it could have been from moisture in the warehouse and we let it dry out but now with all these problems I’m thinking otherwise. I tried to return them 3 days later and was told I cannot return because I didn’t leave the heavy manufacturing plastic on it, not sure how they figure people can test a mattress effectively with heavy duty plastic in 3 days. Any other mattress place will allow up to a 365 day return if it doesn’t work out. I spent thousands on these beds and now they’re going to end up in the dumpster when I find new ones. I am now 90 days into ownership and the pain gets worse. My best advice is to stick with a chain mattress store, I would have rather spend a few hundred dollars extra (and have lower payments) with the peace of mind knowing I can give it back when it didn’t work out. You get what you pay for.. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care and quality of products."

"My wife and I meet Mr. Mike at Mattress By Appointment. The quality of the mattress were of excellent high quality and affordable. The store owner is very nice and enjoys making his customers happy.. They have several ways to let a person afford a great mattress and they deliver. I would recommend them to anyone."
